Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Unboxing video is COMPULSORY of the product.
• The issue should be raised in 24 hours if there is a defect or wrong product is delivered with the Photos & videos of the product are compulsory.
• You (Customer) are responsible for the cost & risk of returning the goods to us. Send it to the following address / contact number. Recommending Speed Post Courier Service only.
• We only offer replacements on goods for size issues under certain circumstances. NO REFUND.
• We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
• We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
• Double exchange would not be applicable on the order.
• Return & Exchange can be made within a window of 5 days from receiving the product.
• Return the product in its original packaging only.
• Please ensure that the product is UNUSED & in the same condition as you received it with all the tags intact.
• Exchange will not be provided if the returned product is in poor condition or been clearly seen as used or washed.
• Open packages or damaged packages will not be accepted.

User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Harassment, abusive language, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• The Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Shoppers Stop Limited. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai. The High Court of Judicature at Mumbai alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
